I truly enjoyed my stay in the cozy room with breathtaking views. The staff ensured that we were well taken care of, even extending our check-out time. Don't miss the lounge on the roof for a glass of wine while soaking in the sunset!

The rooftop bar's closure was disappointing!!! Room maintenance could use significant improvement, issues with air conditioning and shower temperature are glaring flaws that need addressing!!!

I enjoyed my stay at Topazz. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Vienna, making it easy to walk to many attractions. The room was stylish and spacious, with a comfortable bed that made for great sleep. The bathroom had nice Molton Brown toiletries, which felt luxurious. Breakfast options were impressive, served in a chic environment across the street at their sister hotel, so not an issue at all. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making me feel welcomed. However, the rooftop bar was closed during my visit, which was disappointing since I had heard great things about it. Additionally, the elevator service was slow at times, causing some delays. Despite these minor issues, the positives certainly outweighed the negatives, and I would definitely come back.

I absolutely dug the fresh farm-to-table vibes at nearby cafes and bakeries. Every breakfast at Zanoni & Zanoni was a win! Plus, the room was super cozy and the staff was genuine in their helpfulness. Loved that it was steps away from the city’s heart!

Comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, the staff were incredibly helpful with local transportation information, including directions to the nearby City Airport Train for a quick 16-minute journey to the airport.

The rooftop bar was closed!!! Lack of room service is surprising!!! Soundproofing could definitely be improved!!!

topazz & lamee is ideally situated for exploring the city. the superior room was very comfortable with everything we needed for a lovely stay. the real bonus was that the breakfast room was available from 11am daily, which worked great for us. All the staff were so helpful and kind. dimitar gave us the warmest welcome ever! we slept very well here.
